This retreat is best for runners who want to learn how to run more efficiently, reduce the risk of injury and ultimately enjoy running!

11am - Nature-Fit strength & conditioning for runners.
1pm - Wholefoods lunch at Kingdom Cafe.
1.45pm - Woodland walk & Runners recovery techniques.
2.30pm - Runners specific yoga.
4pm - Home-time.

2nd June - Kickstart Fitness
This retreat is best for people who feel a little lost. Maybe your diet isn’t quite working for you, maybe you’re not exercising as much as you’d like to or maybe your lifestyle habits just aren’t working anymore!
