Holly’s story;
Holly first contacted us after hearing one of our corporate talks on how to deal with stress. Being a busy self-employed mum of one, Holly has her fair share of stress and limited time, but over the last 8 weeks it’s been truly inspiring watching her build momentum and achieve incredible progress both personally and professionally.
‘I have learned so much every week and this has been invaluable in keeping me motivated, finally I understand what I need to do any why I need to do it!’
Holly told us; ‘It sounds cliche, but by making my health my number 1 priority it really has improved all areas of my life. Since starting the 12 week programme, I have much more energy, better sleep, more confidence and am generally much happier. I am better at managing stress which means I am more productive at work, I take time to relax and I find that I look at situations differently. I also suffered with anxiety before which has been non existent since starting the 12 week programme.
I cannot recommend BBSF highly enough - not only for creating a great programme that actually works but delivering it in a way that makes me look forward to the next stage.’
Holly is our client of the month because each week she arrives with such enthusiasm to learn and consistently takes the actionable steps needed to achieve her goals, this may sound trivial, but understanding something is one thing, physically doing it is an entirely different hurdle that many people fall short at. Holly has become such an inspirational role model to her family that even her beautiful little daughter has started copying her by doing push ups!
In less than two months she’s gone from hating exercise to enjoying a minimum of 3 workouts a week, has lost over 3% body fat, almost 1/2 a stone in weight and has lost a total of 18cm from five different measurement sites. Holly you are an absolute pleasure to coach and an inspiration to busy mums everywhere, keep up the momentum and who knows where you’ll be in another 4 weeks!
