The next intake of our ‘Be More’ Bootcamp is already underway with places filling fast. Our January bootcampers are into their final week of our 6 week programme that combines outdoor exercise, relaxation and holistic nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
Paloma say’s;
“I like it because every week’s different, I never thought I’d learn so many practical tips! The exercise is tough but you never feel left behind and my mobility has really improved in just 5 weeks. Surprisingly I’ve really enjoyed being outside even on the cold nights, but my favourite part is at the end of the session when we swap ideas and share experiences on how we’ve got on outside the class - I’ve found this has really kept me motivated”
Starting back after Christmas was a bit of a shock to the system in week 1 with lots of achy muscles and stories of hanging onto basins to use the loo! Thankfully they didn’t let that slow down their progress and the entire group have been making some inspiring changes to their daily activity, sleep routines and diets - we especially enjoyed hearing some of the creations to come out of the nutrition workshop in week 2 like the quinoa and egg breakfast bake!
