Omega 3 Bursting Seaweed Roll Up’s

Brief;

If your bored of the common sandwich or wrap, or more importantly notice you get sleepy after eating starchy foods at lunch time - this highly nutritious speedy lunch is for you. The base ingredients can be kept in your cupboards and you can use your own flare to personalize your seaweed wrap! Seaweed is the complete opposite to it’s bread counterpart because it’s high in nutrients and low in calories - win win.

You will need;

A plate.

Ingredients (to serve 1):

  • 1-2 Nori Seawwed sheets. (Find them in health food stores or in the oriental section of some supermarkets.
  • A tin of mackerel (also works well with crab meat or tuna)
  • 1/2 an avocado.
  • Handful of salad leaves

 

Method

I think you can work this one out on your own - open tin, stuff sheet, roll and eat!
