What does it involve?
This 12 week programme personally coaches you through our unique 10 step to change method. You will learn how to improve your nutrition, lifestyle and exercise habits plus receive weekly support and motivation to achieve - then maintain your goals.

Where does it happen?
At our garden gym in Maidstone or your house.

Who is it best for?
Best for people who are sick of fluctuating weight loss, feeling below par all the time and struggle to stick to regimes.

Can we do it as a couple?
Absolutely, in fact we encourage it. It will bring the per person price down and you will have extra support throughout the week to keep you motivated. Maximum 2:1 training.

What does it involve?
One 60 minute session as often as you need it.

Where does it happen?
At our garden gym in Maidstone, the great outdoors or at your house.

Who is it best for?
Best for anyone who is specifically looking to improve their fitness or complete an event. Pip’s trained people for 5km’s, marathons, tough mudders and even Everest base camp!

What happens in the sessions?
High energy, targeted exercises and a lot of laughs, because exercise has got to be fun, otherwise why do it? Bring your partner or friend along to lower the price and increase the fun! Maximum 2:1 ratio.

What results can I expect?
To achieve your goal, the only other thing in question is how quickly Pip can get you there.

Skype Coaching

What does it involve?
This 12 week programme will take you through our unique coaching method, focusing on the numerous nutrition and lifestyle changes needed to get you to your goals.

Where does it happen?
At the comfort of your own home.

Who is it best for?
Best for clients who want to work with Pip who are not local to Maidstone, Kent, UK.

What happens in the sessions?
Each week we cover different topics to benefit your long-term health and well-being, including nutrition, sleep, stress management, mindset, movement and many more. We set homework and mini challenges to support and challenge your progress.
